The TIMES Career Training School was held at IMEC’s premises in Leuven from June 4th to 6th.
This activity is part of the training provided to the students under the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions PhD. grants.
Preparing doctoral students for their professional careers
Scientists of excellence introduced the students to the development of a professional career in different fields of knowledge as a member of some of the most recognized institutions and companies in Europe, with special emphasis on semiconductor technology.
In addition, there were practical workshops related to the preparation of a CV in areas such of basic research or industrial applications, with insights into current industrial challenges and technology transfer methodologies.
